VAB Bank is rated by the two leading international rating agencies, Moody’s and Fitch since 2003 and 2006 respectively. 

Moodys Investor Service


In June 2008 Moody's affirmed VAB Bank’s E+ financial strength rating (BFSR), Not Prime short-term local and foreign currency deposit ratings, and long-term national scale rating (NSR) of A1.ua. Moody's also confirmed the bank’s B2 long-term local and foreign currency deposit and debt ratings and assigned the stable outlook.

Fitch Ratings


In July 2008 Fitch Ratings has affirmed VAB Bank’s “B-” Long-term Issuer Default Rating, “B” Short-term IDR, “D/E” Individual rating, Support “5”, “BBB-(ukr)” National Long-term Rating. The Long-term IDR and National Long-term ratings carry Stable outlook.
